Leadership Hierarchy
Managing a large alliance in clash of clans requires an organized leadership structure. We want to be transparent about the specific responsibilities of all leadership and support roles within the alliance. This clarity enables our members to know exactly who to go too with any questions or concerns. Dividing up our collective responsibilities among several groups also allows the alliance to function most efficiently. Our Leadership hierarchy is outlined by diagram below. Exile Owners
Super2005hero and AlienSpirit are the founders and Co-Owners of the Exile Alliance. They are responsible for managing the alliance as a whole. This responsibility encompasses the following tasks:

Clan Management
Alliance Leaders
The Alliance Leader role is solely for Clan Leaders. Therefore, they are responsible for managing their specific clan. This role entails the following responsibilities:

Oversee proper execution of clan wars (donations, assigning bases, strategizing)

Manage the Clan Capital, ensuring upgrades are being prioritized

Communicate with their members about upcoming events / deadlines (CWL, raids, clan games, etc.)

Enforce clan rules and issue warnings for violations

Handle application tickets for their clan
-
Participate in discussions with Owners and other Alliance Leaders regarding the direction of the Exile Alliance.
Alliance Co-Leaders
This role is given to all Clan Co-Leaders​. As the name suggests, they are responsible for assisting their clan's leader with their various responsibilities. Clan Leaders are not available at all times, so the Co-Leader role is vital because it provides more sets of eyes to ensure that each clan operates efficiently.
